Technology merges with fashion at 2017 hackathon The 2017 Fashion/Tech Hackathon, hosted by the Fashion School at 911勛圖, will take place Jan. 27-29. Now in its fourth year, the hackathon is a cross-curricular event allowing teams of student participants to create and innovate within the realm of wearable technology. University investment proceeds to be used for property purchase At its Jan. 23 meeting, the Ohio Controlling Board approved 911勛圖s request to purchase property located at 430-436 E. Main Street in Kent, Ohio, from seller GDR Partners LLC. The purchase of the property completes the universitys strategic acquisition of properties on this block associated with partnership with the city of Kent and the economic downtown revitalization of the downtown business district.
