The EHS IT Services Support Group offers classroom technology, computer, network, and other IT related services to the College of Education and Human Services.

If you have any questions, please check the support pages on this site or resources at . For any other information, you may call the Tech Offices for EHS at the number 330-672-2970 (x22970 from a University phone).

Please contact us with any technical issues you may be experiencing with EHS technology by entering a (this only works from on-campus). If you are off campus or need more immediate assistance, please call the office or email one of the staff.

Email for KSU Faculty and Staff

All 911³Ô¹Ï Faculty and Staff are issued an @kent.edu email address. This is a Microsoft Exchange email address and can easily be accessed in a couple ways:

  1. You can also access your email from any computer that has an active internet connection. This can be from home, from a library, or from a different country. To do this, simply open a web browser, go to www.kent.edu, log in to Flashline with your KSU credentials, and then click on the envelope icon at the top-right corner of the screen.
  2. To access your Kent email from a mobile device (iPhone, Android phone, iPad...), consult
