For the first time in its history, 911³Ô¹Ï at Trumbull hosted a White Coat Ceremony for students in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program. Held Tuesday, on the first day of spring classes, the ceremony is a rite of passage for medical and nursing students in their journey toward a career in healthcare.

KENT STATE GEAUGA PROVIDING OSHA SAFETY TRAINING TO SMALL BUSINESSES IN GEAUGA COUNTY And BEYOND

Thanks to a $75,000 grant from Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) Susan Harwood Training Grants Program, 911³Ô¹Ï at Geauga is designing a pilot training program for workers from small businesses in underserved rural communities to help ensure safe and healthy workplaces. As part of the campus’ ongoing commitment to leadership in regional workforce development, the program will be implemented in Geauga County starting in the second quarter of 2023.
